We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your course purchase. However, to protect the integrity of our continuing education programs, no refunds will be issued once the course certificate of completion has been downloaded. The only exception to this rule is in the event of a certificate acceptance failure, as outlined below.

Certificate Acceptance Guarantee

We offer a full guarantee that our courses will be accepted as listed under each CE course description. Our courses are approved as Category A by the ASRT or AHRA, both of which are ARRT® Recognized Continuing Education Evaluation Mechanisms (RCEEM).


We work diligently to ensure all courses meet regulatory standards. If, for any reason, your credits are denied or not accepted by your registry/board, please contact us to request a relevant refund.

Important Notice Regarding Acceptance Refunds: If a refund is issued due to a certificate not being accepted, the certificate will be immediately canceled and permanently invalidated in our records. Once canceled, it cannot be legally used, submitted, or audited for continuing education credits.

Post-Test Procedures

We are confident you will pass the course test. Our tests flow sequentially with the activities, and the questions are designed to be clear and straightforward. We provide the test questions for you to print and mark your answers prior to entering them into the online testing portal.

In accordance with ARRT® regulations, you must achieve a score of at least 75% to pass, and you are allowed a maximum of three (3) attempts.
