1. How does purchasing an individual course work?
After purchasing a course, you can access it directly from your account on the platform. Simply log in and go to My Courses on the homepage or within your Profile Dashboard.
You can study the course material at your own pace and complete the exam online. Once you submit the exam, it is graded instantly, and your certificate will be immediately available for download or printing.
2. How does the unlimited CE access work?
The Unlimited CE Access gives you full access to the entire course library for one full year, with no limit on the number of courses you can take.
After completing your purchase, the courses will automatically appear in your account. You can enroll in any course you want and complete them at your own pace.
Once you pass the exam for a course, your certificate is generated instantly.
3. How can I access my certificate?
You can download your certificate at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account
- Select My Courses and Certificates

Download or print your certificate
All completed course certificates remain stored in your account for future access.
4. Are the courses approved for Continuing Education (CE) credits?
Yes. Our courses are reviewed and approved through organizations recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), including:
- ASRT (American Society of Radiologic Technologists)
- AHRA (American Healthcare Radiology Administrators)
These approval mechanisms are also recognized by the Puerto Rico Department of Health’s Board of Examiners for Radiologic Technologists in Diagnostic Imaging.
5. How many CE credits does ARRT require?
The ARRT requires 24 Continuing Education (CE) credits every two years to maintain certification.
Your reporting period, also known as your biennium, is based on your birth month.
6. How many CE credits are required for Mammography (MQSA)?
According to the FDA Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) requirements:
- Radiologic technologists performing mammography must complete 15 CE credits in mammography every 36 months.
7. What courses are required to renew a radiologic technology license in Puerto Rico?
To renew your radiologic technology license in Puerto Rico, you must complete a total of 30 Continuing Education (CE) credits during the renewal period.
Within those 30 credits, the following specific subject areas are required:

- 3 hours – Infection Control
- 2 hours – Professional Ethics
- 7 hours – Imaging and Diagnosis
- 3 hours – Radiation Protection
The remaining credits may be completed through other approved radiologic continuing education courses.

8. Can I repeat a course in the next ARRT biennium?
Yes. You may repeat a course in a new reporting cycle. However, you must:
- Retake the course
- Complete the exam again
- Receive a new certificate with the correct completion date for the new biennium
9. Is my course history saved in my account?
Yes. Your course history is securely stored in your account.
You can log in at any time to view:
- Completed courses
- Certificates
- Exam results
10. What is the minimum passing score?
The minimum passing score for course exams is 75%.
Students are allowed up to three attempts to pass the exam.
If you do not pass after three attempts, a course refund may be issued.
11. Does Radiology Knowledge report my CE credits to ARRT?
No. Students are responsible for reporting their own Continuing Education credits when renewing their certification with ARRT or their state licensing board.
Be sure to keep a copy of your certificates for your records.
13. What is an ARRT biennium?
An ARRT biennium is the two-year period during which you must complete your required Continuing Education credits.
The biennium is based on your birth month and determines your CE reporting deadline.
